The infamous "tubes" that surround the pins for a strap are available separately from an authorised dealer.
44mm models (24mm length) : Part no.: PAV00069 (~US$23/pair)
40mm models (22mm length) : Part no: MX000MKL (~USD$/pair)
Buckles
The "A series" steel buckle with two screws, not the newer one with a single long screw is part no. MX000G1C.
There's some confusion about which is which, but the two PVD buckles (one screw or two screws) are MX000G4V and MX000M78.
