Vendôme Special Editions 2003
PAM 158 Radiomir Split Seconds Chronograph
The PAM 158 is probably the final refinement of the line started with the PAM 47, and continued last year with the PAM 147. A 42mm platinum Radiomir case houses a very fine Venus calibre 185 split seconds chronograph with a coaxial pusher set into the crown.

PAM 168 Luminor Chrono Regatta 2003
The regular Laureus regatta special edition was a 40mm chrono for 2003, with a blue dial and unusually orange/yellow numerals.
| Scans | Numbers | Case | Dial | Movement |
| G:399 | 40mm titanium Luminor | Blue | OP XII |
A major departure for Panerai, a 44mm Luminor case in solid tantalum, with the exception of a titanium retaining ring for the sapphire crystal back. This was will be produced in a total of 300 pieces, 100 a year for three years.
| Scans | Numbers | Case | Dial | Movement |
| F: 300 | 44mm tantalum Luminor | Grey | OP XI |
Potentially the most contentious special edition ever, the PAM 195 was concieved as a "collectors only" watch. Basically a standard Luminor Marina, the watch also sports the original OP logo on the dial, and a PVD case. What makes the watch unique is that the name of each (original) buyer is engraved on the caseback.
| Scans | Numbers | Case | Dial | Movement |
| F: 200 | 44mm PVD Luminor | Grey | OP XI |
A very interesting watch, to commemorate the Florida Marlins world series championship of 2003. This watch is basically a customised PAM 104, with a specially engraved caseback.
| Scans | Numbers | Case | Dial | Movement |
| F: 50 | 44mm steel Luminor | Black | OP III |
