Luminor Marina Automatic 40mm
Introduced in 1999 (B serial numbers) the Luminor Marina Automatic is housed in a smaller (40mm) case. It has a date at 3 and small seconds at 9.
The original B production of these watches had all-polished cases, but for C serial numbers onwards PAM 48, 49, 50 and 51 moved to brushed cases with polished bezels. The difference can be seen on the two scans (thanks Dave) for PAM 49.
The blue face PAM 69 and 70 were introduced in 2000 (C serial numbers) and had brushed cases with brushed (with strokes leading around the face) bezels. In 2002 (E series) they were phased out, to be replaced by very similar models, but with brushed cases and polished bezels, like all the other automatics.
The movement used is the regular automatic OP III.
